General Terms
EspressoDolce will use the most expedient and safe shipping method possible when fulfilling your order, which can include (but is not limited to) Canada Post, UPS, CanPar, DHL, TNT, or other freight providers. We will process all orders as soon as possible depending on stock available, and may ship from an alternate fulfillment center to ensure speedy delivery. Note that for remote locations that are out-of-delivery area we may have to assess an additional delivery fee.
Tracking Information
We will post tracking numbers to your order as soon as they are available.
Address Changes
If your order is processing and you need to change the shipment address, please contact us as soon as possible
Refused Delivery
If you elect to refuse the delivery of the items you have to pay a 20% restocking fee plus original shipping charges.
Free Shipping Terms
Free shipping is available on orders over $75 to any address in Canada. Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to remote, APO/military addresses or on any international orders.
United States Orders – Import Fees & Duties
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, tariffs, customs brokerage fees, or taxes imposed by U.S. Customs or other authorities.
These charges are not collected by Espresso Dolce and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Espresso Dolce is not responsible for any delays, refusals, or additional charges arising from customs clearance.
By placing an order with a U.S. shipping address, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for any applicable import fees.
Customers are encouraged to contact U.S. Customs or their customs broker prior to placing an order to understand potential charges.
Damaged, Missing, Defective or Malfunctioning New Merchandise Policy
Please report damaged, missing, defective or malfunctioning merchandise immediately and no later than 5 business days after receipt.
Damaged Merchandise
Items are carefully packaged to protect against damage during shipping. Please carefully inspect your package when it arrives for any shipping damage. If an item appears to be damaged, do not attempt to use it and notify us immediately so that we can begin the claims process.
Missing Merchandise
Please note that we often ship orders in multiple packages. However, if items are apparently missing from your order, please report it to us immediately so we can track packages and replace the shipment if necessary.
Defective or Malfunctioning New Merchandise
If any item is not working properly or if a consumable item was received expired, please contact us immediately so that we can send a replacement.
