Take control of your espresso with the ECM E61 Flow Control Device. This stainless steel needle valve replaces your brew group mushroom, allowing you to manually adjust water flow for customized extraction profiling. Achieve lengthy pre-infusion for more even saturation and extraction.

Made from durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel (like the original ECM mushroom), it includes an ECM-styled pressure gauge that mounts on the group head to show pressure changes during profiling.
